The two-part C case focuses on the informational aspects of the reform efforts and describes the experience of the Chicago Park District in trying to modernize its information systems. Part 1 outlines the IT challenges of the reform efforts and leaves students with the task of forming an action plan. Part 2 reveals what the IT project leader did.
