The fourth and final case in this series highlights the key events and change initiatives undertaken by Forrest Claypool and his executive staff from 1993 to 1996 in their attempt to revitalize the Chicago Park District. This case is a summary that can be used at the end of the series to identify emerging results from the Claypool administration. Results of operating changes, privatization, personnel changes, financial changes, reorganization efforts, information systems development, and professional training initiatives are described in brief, bullet form.
