This case presents an omnibus corporate financing problem: The student must evaluate the feasibility of growth and financial goals, value the company, and plan a financing program. The case would be a useful focus for student-team projects or as a wrap-up case at the end of a course module on corporate finance. The CEO wants the company to grow faster than financial policy will permit, which provides an opportunity to discuss the link between corporate business policy and financial policy.
